CULTURAL TALENTS DAY

Rules & Regulation for Classes NURSERY to II
1. FANCY DRESS:
Time: 1 Minute
v 15 Points for costume
v 5 Points for makeup
v Children can talk for a minute about themselves.
v Children face should be a visible.
v Wigs can be used.
v Topic –21st Century modern inventions (or) Early Human Life
2. DANCE: Time: 3 Minutes
v 15 Points for performance
v 3 Points for costumes & makeup
v 2 points for songs selection
v Topic-Folk dance (or) Instrumental music
3. TAMIL RECITATION: Time: 2 Minutes
v 10 Points for performance
v 10 Points for voice clarity
v Topic- Endangered Animals
4. ENGLISH RECITATION: Time: 2 Minutes
v 10 Points for performance
v 10 Points for voice clarity
v Topic- Endangered Animals.
5. SINGING: Time: 2 Minutes
v 10 Points for Ragam
v 5 Points for voice clarity
v 5 Points for songs selection
Topic- Neethi padalgal (or) Bharathiyar padalgal
6. STORY TELLING (ENGLISH): Time: 2 Minutes
v 10 Points for performance
v 5 Points for voice clarity
v 5 Points for subjects

v Topic- Animal Story (can use puppets)

1. Theme will be announced on the spot.
2. Photographs can be taken on the same day.
3. The participants should bring their own camera.
4. Along with the photograph, the team should submit a piece of creative writing in English related to the photograph either in prose form or in the poetry form. The word limit is 150.

DUMB AND DUMBER

1. This event will be a mixture of dumb charades and Pictionary.
2. Normal dumb charades rules apply.
3. For Pictionary round participants should draw clues instead of acting.
4. Elimination round will be conducted if necessary.
5. Mouthing of words will lead to disqualification.
6. The number of seconds taken to guess the right answer will be awarded as points.
7.Team with least points wins
